We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our Digital Workforce Team. At Embat, we don't just want to "use" AI, we want to architect a new generation of digital workers.

You will be the engine driving Embat’s internal transformation by building AI agents and powered systems that act as the neural network of our company. You will navigate a landscape where business logic meets cutting-edge LLM orchestration, ensuring that every department, from Finance to Marketing, operates at a level of efficiency never seen before. This is a role for a "hacker" at heart, someone who lives at the intersection of business logic and cutting-edge LLM orchestration.

What you’ll do?

  • Identify Friction: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, People, Finance, CX) to find manual tasks and "detect" where AI can have the most impact.

  • Design & Architect: Own the design of context, tools, and prompts for digital agents using frameworks like Claude Managed Agents, MCP, and LLM APIs.

  • Build & Ship (Fast): Own the full pipeline from understanding a business problem to delivering a live agent in production in days.

  • Enable Others: Raise "AI Fluency" across Embat, coaching managers on prompt engineering and how to "hire" their own digital workers.

  • Lifecycle Ownership: Experiment, validate, and iterate on agents based on real data and KPIs.

Objectives

  • 3 Months: Master the internal stack and ship your first end-to-end agent for a specific department.

  • 6 Months: Co-own 2–3 live internal agents with a measurable impact on business KPIs.

  • 12 Months: Become the internal reference at Embat for AI experimentation and digital workforce scaling.

Who are we looking for?

  • The "Hacker" Profile: 1–3 years of experience where your curiosity and personal AI projects matter more than years of legacy tech.

  • Technically Fluent: Background in Engineering, Physics, or Math with solid basics in Python and SQL.

  • AI Enthusiast: You’ve experimented with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks because you love building, not just because it's your job.

  • Multilingual: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for internal stakeholder management and technical documentation.

  • Product Mindset: Ability to connect a piece of technology with a real business problem.
