πŸ’₯ What are we looking for?

At Embat, we are redefining treasury management for medium and big companies. To achieve this international ambition, our Partner ecosystem is the most critical strategic channel and the main driver of our growth and penetration into key markets.

We are looking for a Marketing Partner Specialist who will become the bridge between Marketing and Alliances. This person will be fundamental in designing, executing, and scaling co-marketing strategies that not only generate pipeline for Sales, but also foster loyalty among our ERP partners by providing them with the value and support they need to succeed with Embat.

This role has an immediate international scope, focusing on partner activation across Spain, the United Kingdom, and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

πŸ’₯ What will you do?

Your mission will be to help drive the complete Partner funnel cycle, from the acquisition of new alliances to partner loyalty and referral generation.

1. Co-Marketing Strategy and Activation

  • Tailored Action Design: Understand the distinct needs of our partners based on the ERP they implement. Propose a mix of co-marketing actions (content, webinars, case studies, joint events) that are mutually beneficial for both the partner and Embat.

  • Collateral Creation: Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to create and maintain partner enablement and activation materials.

  • Multichannel Management: Support the optimization of email flows and communications directed at partners to keep them informed and engaged.

2. Events and Network Expansion

  • Proactive Identification: Research and identify relevant third-party events and conferences in ES, UK, DACH, and in Europe in general where we can strategically expand our partner network.

  • Presence Management: Ensure Embat has the best possible presence at these events, coordinating logistics, merchandising materials, and the participation of the Alliances and Sales teams.

3. Partner Loyalty and Pipeline Generation

  • Loyalty Support: Actively collaborate with the Partnerships team to design marketing initiatives that foster partner loyalty and incentivize them to send high-quality referrals.

  • Measurement and Optimization: Track and analyze the impact of co-marketing campaigns on pipeline generation for the sales team.

πŸ’₯ What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Alliance Marketing, B2B Sales, or fast-paced environments (startups/fintech).

  • Language Skills (Critical Requirement): Perfect fluency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish. German would be a plus.

  • Management Capacity: A highly resourceful and organized individual, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders (internal and external), and priorities simultaneously and successfully.

  • Partner Mindset: A strong interest and aptitude for understanding partners and their different business needs.

  • Attitude: Hands-on attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to get things over the line.
