💥What are we looking for?


Embat is committed to revolutionizing Treasury Management through cutting-edge fintech solutions. As part of our mission, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Intern to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fintech, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of our sales and revenue operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in sales processes, analytics, and operational excellence.

We are looking for someone eager to grow within Embat, as this role is designed to be a stepping stone for a long-term career in Revenue Operations.


💥What will you do?


As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will:

  • Support the Revenue Operations team in optimizing and automating sales processes, including CRM management, data entry and reporting.

  • Assist in tracking key performance metrics, identifying trends and preparing insights to improve team performance.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution of revenue-related projects.

  • Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within systems like Hubspot and other sales tools.

  • Participate in the creation and execution of strategies to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.

  • Contribute to special projects such as market research, territory planning, and process documentation.

💥What are we looking for?


  • We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about fintech and eager to learn. You’ll be our ideal candidate if you:
  • Are a fast learner with a proactive attitude and an interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, with proficiency in Excel
  • Have excellent communication skills in Spanish, and be fluent in German (mandatory).
  • Have experience working with workflow automation platforms (optional)
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) or are eager to learn how to use them effectively.
  • Are curious, motivated, and eager to develop a career in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops.
