As a Treasury Consultant, you will work together with our Sales, Implementation, Product and Customer Ops teams. We pride ourselves on working in an evolving and agile environment, with day-to-day interaction with every member of the team. No bureaucracy or hierarchy. Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.
Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.
💥 What are we looking for?
Experience: 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, consultancy or a related field in financial technology industry.
We are looking for a hybrid profile willing to work with different teams and have a global impact. You need to be able to understand the big picture.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Languages: Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish
